  Had my laptop keyboard replaced here. The keyboard was working again but I couldn't log in to my computer after it was fixed. They looked at it right away and told me it was a problem with windows 8 and fixed it free of charge the same day. I had to reinstall office and my antivirus but they made my computer usable again. They even let me rent a laptop for the week so I had a computer while they waited for the parts.

  Incompetent. Stay Away!!! Computer had trouble connecting to internet. They charged $80 and said it was fixed. A few weeks later, same problem. They charged another $40 and claimed it was a different problem. Ten days later, same problem, and we said they should fix it for no additional fee. They then claimed it was the computer and could not be repaired.
